The traditional hydrotherapy ritual created by Romans and Greeks is based upon dry and wet heat with short periods in cold water and, then, a moment of relax which concludes with the moisturising treatment.

1. Start your hydrotherapy with a revitalising shower.
2. Cleaning your body in our sauna or in our Turkish bath, then, have a cold shower.
3. Relax in our hydrotherapy pool provided with different devices to stimulate your joints.
4. To conclude your treatment, have a nice shower.
5. Relax in our beds before the treatment.
