The Cuatro Torres Business Area has become the new urban, financial and economic centre of the city. This business centre that is placed where the former Real Madrid Sports Club was placed, right in the Paseo de la Castellana, has changed the skyline of Madrid and has become the main area of the city.
It consists of four skyscrapers designed by prestigious architects and it is provided with a green area that extends over 62,000m2. In the future, the area will also host the amazing International Conference Centre Ciudad de Madrid (CICCM), which will have more than 15,000m2 and will be one of the biggest premises to hold events in Europe.
From it, there is easy access to M-30, to Avda. de la Ilustración and to Plaza de Castilla and also to A-1 and M-40. Taking the M-11, just a few minutes ahead, we find the Barajas’ Airport T4.
Besides, the Cuatro Torres Business Area is near the Begoña underground station (Line 10) and right opposite to the Chamartín train station.
