The hotel is a benchmark for hosting congresses, conventions and social events of all kinds since it has modern, functional facilities measuring a total of more than 2,500 m2, along with an expert team of professionals available to ensure the success of your projects. From Barcelona to Rome, not to mention Beijing and Los Angeles, the hotel has a total of 22 meeting rooms located in four floors in the building, all named after different cities that have hosted the Olympics. Meeting rooms at Eurostars Madrid Tower are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, such as video conference systems and interactive screens with remote projection from any device, to turn the hotel into the perfect meeting point for companies.
The meeting rooms measure between 30 and 1,500 m2 and can be joined or divided. They are totally soundproofed and have Wi-Fi connections to free Internet. We also offer the option of renting state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. The meeting rooms have natural light, and most of them boast privileged views over Madrid, bringing added value to your event. The hotel’s wide range of rooms includes most prominently the Gran Barcelona Room, which measures 1,500 m2 and holds up to 1,300 guests. Gran Barcelona
1500 m²
This is the largest open-plan meeting room in Madrid. The Gran Barcelona Room measures 1,500 m2 and is designed to host events for up to 1,300 people.
Located at the base of the hotel, in the second basement level, it has skylights on the sides to provide natural light to the entire room. Because of its size, it is the ideal venue for holding large-scale events, including annual conventions, product launches and embassy receptions. The room adapts to the needs of each event: its soundproofed panels can generate spaces of different sizes. Likewise, the Gran Barcelona Room has its own kitchen to prepare the food for banquets or other services requiring refreshments, such as brunches, coffee breaks, luncheons or gala dinners.
It has recently hosted such distinguished events as the gala dinner of Bayern from Munich after the closure of the 2010 Champions League, the insignia ceremony for Real Madrid and the annual coaches’ convention for UEFA.
The Scenic Room is an exclusive space located on the hotel’s top floor, the 30th. Every morning our clients savour their breakfast in this spectacular room, which becomes a privileged celebration room in the afternoons and evenings. Its 300 m2 mean that it can fit festivities for up to 150 people in a unique, special atmosphere accompanied by wonderful scenic views of Madrid.
On the 29th floor we are pleased to offer 100 m2 where you can enjoy rest, a relaxing drink or the top views over the skyline of Madrid.
The VIP Room at the Eurostars Madrid Tower is an exclusive space where you can also hold small working meetings in a unique atmosphere. The room has majestic decor, a 47-inch plasma screen, private bathrooms and a kitchen on the side – everything to meet our clients’ needs.

Eurostars Madrid Tower offers 120 m2, ideal for holding lectures, presentations, luncheons, dinners, breakfasts or any kind of event for up to 100 people. Los Angeles Room is located on the 28th floor of the hotel, which offers outstanding views of Madrid.
This room has an added value: its unbelievable views. You can organise a custom-designed event in the Madrid Room, located on the hotel’s 29th floor and measuring 100 m2, for up to 100 guests while you enjoy the thrilling views.
Enjoy the peace and quiet of this room at Eurostars Madrid Tower. The Mexico Room, which measures 60 m2, is located on the sixth floor and can host events with up to 50 people.
Montreal Room is the perfect venue for presentations, meetings and lectures holds up to 50 guests. This room is located on the sixth floor and measures 60 m2.
This space was designed to host medium-size events for up to 70 people. Your lectures, presentations or meeting will be graced by the wonderful views offered by this room. It is 90 m2 and is located on the hotel’s 28th floor.
The capital of China lends its name to this room, which measures 120 m2 and is located on the sixth floor of the Eurostars Madrid Tower. It is the perfect venue for events with up to 100 people.
The Rome Room is located in the heights of the hotel, specifically on the 28th floor. Enjoy its peerless views from the privacy of this comfortable room. It is 90 m2 and can fit up to 70 guests.
